Login and password are required to log into the Internet banking service. Do not share your login and password to the Internet banking service with anyone.

Use only trusted computers with a licensed software. Regularly make a thorough anti-malware check-up of your computer and mobile phone. Timely update OS, browsers, anti-malware software and other anti-hacking programs.

When entering personal information, please make sure, that the website (URL) in a browser bar starts with "https". Otherwise, you are on an insecure website, and no data must be entered.

Do not share your personal information such as login and password to the Internet banking service, one-time password for confirmation of operations and bank card details) with anyone. The Bank does not request this information from customers. Be careful and do not answer such questions, malicious perpetrators may present themselves as anyone!

You will receive SMS or push notifications with secret one-time passwords to confirm operations made in the Internet banking service., so make sure that only you have access to them. Restrict the access to your mobile phone by setting PIN, pattern, password or other way to prevent unauthorized access to the device.

If youve got SMS with a password for confirmation of a payment, you are not about to make, immediately inform your bank! If someone on various pretexts ask you to enter / voice a just received password, under no circumstances try to enter or pronounce it, whoever your interlocutor poses as.

Refrain from registration of a mobile phone number, which you use for receiving of SMS with one-time passwords, in social networks and any other public sources.

In case of a loss of your mobile phone with a SIM-card, used for receiving SMS with one-time passwords, please block your SIM-card immediately.

If you received a blocked SIM card notification, please contact the bank immediately to suspend your access to the Internet banking service.

Record the banks contact number or remember it. If when logging in to Online banking, youve revealed a phone number, that differs of the one, youve recorded, it may mean, youre on a knavish website, especially if they ask you to call this number for a more precise information, to give your requisites or under any other pretence.

Install mobile applications only from official stores listed on the banks website.
